luxury beauty favourites ♥

I have spent my entire week watching Jeffree Star and Patrick Starrr videos. They are incredible at creating glam make-up looks, especially when they are reaching for Dior or Chanel beauty products. You all know my thoughts on luxury brands, the beautiful packaging can give you something a little extra - you can find my brand spotlight series here. I thought it would be nice to talk about my top four luxury beauty favourites, from perfume to face serum. Lets start with one of my favourite brands, Yves Saint Laurent. Not only do I dream about owning a YSL bag, I also dream about their beauty range. The gold lettering does it for me everytime. I started using the YSL Beauty Serum last year and I have been obsessed with it ever since.

I'm not too sure whether this particular serum has been discontinued but you can find the YSL Top Secrets range here. Now considering this serum retails at around £99.99 - the amount of serum you get in the bottle is pretty impressive. The beauty of using this serum is that I didn't need to use much, yes I have used 99% of the product now but when you are applying the product, you really don't need to apply much to see instant results. Now that my skin is getting older, I feel like my dark circles are very visible - especially if I don't get a good nights sleep. The texture of the YSL serum is incredibly easy to glide onto your skin and it gives me an instant pick me up, it provides a beautiful base for my foundation too and I loved using the pump to squeeze the serum.

Like the typical unorganised girl that I am, I sadly lost the lid to my Dolce and Gabbana Pour Femme perfume, I would describe this scent as a very sweet smell. It is incredibly rich and the mixture of vanilla and raspberry is very strong so it is definitely a beautiful summer scent. I was so surprised how long the perfume lasted when I first sprayed it, if you are looking for a long lasting scent - I would certainly start your hunt with Dolce and Gabbana. The top notes include raspberry and green mandarin.
I'm not usually a fan of pearl nail polishes, I stick to my class OPI Bubble Bath and I'm normally happy with this choice but this particular Dior nail polish has gradually become one of my favourite shades now. The bottle is incredibly shaped and it makes a change to the regular OPI shaped bottles. I love how subtle this particular Dior polish is, the exact shade name is 108 Ivory and if you are looking for an everyday polish - this colour will complement any outfit. I find the formula is hard wearing too, it is very hard to chip this nail polish!

Last but certainly not least is the Chanel Les Ombres Quad Eyeshadow in the shade 93 Smoky Eyes. There is nothing quite like seeing the infamous Chanel symbol on beauty products and this particular eye shadow palette is no different. I love how thick the compact is and the shades are perfect for a deep, intense smokey eye. I can't rave enough about the pigmentation and the thickness of the eye shadow. I don't use this palette unless I'm going for drinks or a girls night purely because the black shadows are very intense. I am dying to get my hands on the 226 Tisse Rivoli palette, the eyeshadows have the same pearlised effect and I think the brown shades would be more wearable for the daytime. What do you think of my top four luxury picks? I would definitely choose the Chanel palette as my top favourite! ♥
