sebamed collection - super sensitive skin ♥

Last year I reviewed the Sebamed hand and nail balm and today I am back with another Sebamed review. I was kindly sent a selection of Sebamed products, including the Cleansing Bar*, Lip Defence Stick* and the new Limited Edition Grapefruit Shower Gel* - if you are new to reading Fairytale Kiss then you can have a read of my other beauty product reviews here. If you follow me on Twitter, then you would have seen me constantly moaning about my lips for the past few weeks. They were incredibly dry and sore so I reached for the Lip Defence Stick. I've been using this for the past week and as lip balms go, my lips have stopped cracking and I can get back to wearing lipsticks again. The cold weather played a huge part in my lips cracking and becoming dry so I am very thankful Sebamed was able to improve the condition of my top lip. There is no strong scent or taste so it is perfect if you want something plain.

As I mentioned in my previous post, the Sebamed range isn't praised for the jazzy packaging. It really does focus on the outside and inside of your skin by trying to improve the quality of your ph levels. Quite a few skin products can dry the skin out because of the harsh ingredients but Sebamed have carried out over 120 scientific studies to make sure their products do not damage your skin. If you have super sensitive skin, like my mum, I really think Sebamed is worth looking into. They won't break your bank and the ingredients shouldn't irritate your skin levels.

Although this may look like a simple bar of soap, Sebamed have actually designed the Cleansing Bar to smooth skin and actually stabilise the moisture balance. I've been keeping this soap in my bathroom and I first used it to wash my hands after swatching make-up samples on my hands, I was really impressed that it removed a few of the waterproof GOSH products on Sunday evening, I found that they had super staying power but the soap certainly helped remove the liquid liner and lip gloss.

Last but certainly not least, I have been using the Grapefruit Shower Gel, the packaging is slightly more refreshing than the others but the scent certainly makes this product my favourite of the three. It is free, light weight and really easy to blend into your skin. It really is a fresh, spring scent and I love how easily you can squeeze the product out. What do you think of the Sebamed range, how has your skin care routine evolved over the years?
