It's an understatement when I say I love food, but I think I can like it a little bit too much..I have such a bad habit of eating when I'm bored! Which as you can imagine, is not so good for the waistline :( I have tried a few diet drinks in my time but I can only compare the taste to dog food..not that I've tried dog food before, but you get the idea ;) So you can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when I tried the Skinny Sprinkles* range. Instead of eating a bag of crisps or chocolate, you simply mix a packet with water and voila! You have a delicious strawberry smoothie, which is only 21 calories.
