#tiptalk - learning how to drive ♥

Hi girls I hope you all had a lovely weekend. I thought it would be an interesting idea to write a post about driving. I have had this blog post on my to do list for a while and Pass 'N' Go* is a great way to get you started. Now, learning how to drive is not always a simple task. I am living proof of this. It actually took me 6 times until I passed my driving test - this wasn't because I wasn't prepared enough but my nerves were constantly getting the better of me. For some reason, as soon as I stepped into the car I would begin to feel sick, nervous and at one point, I stopped the test completely before I even started.

Looking back, I can now see that my mind was the only problem and this had nothing to do with driving the actual car. I thought it would be nice to talk about my tips and how I finally passed! For your theory test, revision is key. I was glued to my books and Pass 'N' Go actually have a theory test pack here. I also downloaded a theory test app and used this on my phone to get into the routine. For driving lessons, confidence played a big factor. I really didn't have any confidence driving but I kept doing my lessons and luckily everything clicked into place. I even bought a calming spray to stop my nerves but I personally think you are the only one who can control the outcome.

For some people, they can pass after one try but for me, it took slightly longer! I feel so comfortable driving now and I can't believe how nervous I used to feel. Tests can affect us all differently but practice makes perfect! If you are looking for lessons, you can actually type your area into Pass 'N' Go and you can find out lesson prices and you can specify whether you would like to learn manual or automatic - pretty nifty right? What tips do you have for learning how to drive? ♥
