teeth whitening with nano whitewash ♥

I have said it before and I will say it again, I hate my teeth. We all know I love to pout - have a peek at my Instagram, you will rarely see me with a smile on my face. I am incredibly paranoid about the colour of my teeth so I try to avoid smiling in photos, sad but true. One day I will make an investment and get them bleached or professionally whitened at the dentist but for now, I want a pain free and purse friendly option that I can really do myself. Personally, I think I need something that I can easily add to my daily routine. I don't want anything fiddly or painful but I still want to see results over time. I have tried a few whitening toothpastes in the past but I was really excited when Whitewash Nano* contacted me, not only did they send me a whitening toothpaste, they kindly sent me an entire kit to try!
When they arrived, of course I loved the packaging. The white and gold design is simple and classic, nothing too bold or tacky. Luckily, I don't have sensitive teeth but if you do, Whitewash may be suitable for your needs. Now I know pretty packaging is not the only important factor when it comes to beauty products but WhiteWash has actually been created by dentists.

While doing my research on the brand, I discovered that Nano have created a range that doesn't include alcohol, SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate - the ingredient that makes your toothpaste foam which can irritate your teeth), PEG, triclosan (this has caused liver problems for some people in the past) and paraben. Each ingredient in the WhiteWash range has been approved by dentists so not only do they care about keeping your teeth white and strong but they also care about the ingredients they use.

In the kit, I have been testing out the toothpaste, mouthwash, anti-stain floss, and the teeth whitening strips. My favourite product has to be the Nano Intensive Whitening Strips, they are incredibly simple to use and I like to use them just before I am going out for a meal or a night out with the girls. I've actually been taking the whitening strips and toothpaste to work with me, I have my own bathroom so I can brush my teeth after each meal and then I simply wear the strips. The toothpaste is very, very thick but once you get used to the texture, it is very easy to use. I have been running the tube under warm water before hand to help with the application.
I have been using the WhiteWash range for about three weeks now and I love how easy it was to include the range in my daily routine. I think that is the key to getting the most out of your teeth whitening kit, making WhiteWash a simple step in your beauty regime will give you the best results. I don't think beauty products or clothes can make you feel quite as confident as having a nice, pearly white smile and it is really refreshing when a brand like WhiteWash comes along.

Overall, if you are looking for instant results, a dentist appointment is a good option but if you want to see gradual improvement and put the work in yourself, the Nano product range will definitely suit your needs. I definitely understand why so many people rave about WhiteWash and I can't wait to see how my teeth will look over the next few weeks! What are your thoughts about teeth whitening? Have you used the WhiteWash range before?
