Although we are halfway through January, I thought it would be quite nice to round up the current products I am loving. I am not just focusing on beauty today, I also wanted to talk about my obsession with nakd bars and Sarah Knight's book. Starting off with my new beauty finds, I have been reaching for my Dr.PAWPAW balm, I reviewed the full range here last year. The winter has made my lips pretty dry so I have been using the Dr.PAWPAW Tinted Peach Lip Balm*, I don't usually like plain lip balms unless I mix the formula with a nude lipstick but I love that the peach shade adds colour to my lips while also protecting them. If you are looking for a balm that adds a subtle hint of pink then Dr.PAWPAW is a must have.
Although I recently raved about the Fillerina Treatment* I am also using the Nourishing Film by itself before I go to sleep. I love the thick formula and I am pretty impressed with how quickly it absorbs into my skin. You can read my full review of the Fillerina treatment here. Now, when it comes to getting a good night's sleep, I am really struggling at the moment, I find that my house is slightly noisy so I picked up the Claire's Accessories Bon Voyage Eye Mask to see if it would make a difference. I have to admit, it did feel slightly strange wearing an eye mask at first but now I love having my eyes covered, it definitely helps me drift off easier.
Before I get ready for bed, I have been reading Sarah Knight's popular read: The Life Changing Magic of Not Giving A F***. It is a big blogger favourite and if you are looking for a few tips on feeling confident and dealing with stress, I wrote a bigger post about the book here. Finally, we come to my last product favourite - the Nakd bar. I have raved and raved about Nakd for years and I am really crazy about the Banana Bread flavour. The bars are wheat and dairy free and they don't include any nasty ingredients. If you are looking for something to eat before the gym or when you are running to work - nakd is healthy and tasty. I would love to know what you think of my January favourites, if you would like more food focused posts, let me know! ♥
