origin ♥

All perfumes can be found at Fragrance direct
It's been a while since I've put together a wish list for perfumes, I obsoletely cant get enough of perfumes - I love them! I have about 20 stashed in my room and my favourites include Alien by Thierry Muggler and anything by Britney! This is only a quick and cute blog post for today, I just wanted to show you what perfumes I am lusting after at the moment. With this years "summer", I am really looking for fun and fresh scents, I don't know why but I usually wear heavier and muskier scents in colder weather conditions - is this strange? I have been dying to try the new Taylor Swift perfume, I am a huge fan of the scent of her first perfume, especially the actual design of the product.

I really think the charms add a very cute but sophisticated style to the bottle design! Now, when it comes to perfumes I am really not a fan of anything rose scented - I don't know why I dislike the smell of rose, I just find it too strong! I know Marks and Spencer's has got quite floral scents to it so it slightly spoils their range for me :( For Britney's range, her latest release is called Island Fantasy and apparently the key notes for this fragrance is watermelon and red berries. Have you tried it yet? I'm tempted to add it to my basket on Fragrance direct - this online store is incredible! Have a lovely weekend girls, I'm working on a few product reviews this weekend

underneath ♥

I have a very poor excuse for not posting earlier today, the weather has gone crazy and actually blessed us with some sunshine! I've been outside laying on the trampoline with oil and the ipod, with some Pimm's - it doesn't get better than that... So with this lovely weather I thought I would take advantage with a summer bikini post. If you don't follow me on Twitter, then you won't have seen my numerous tweets about my holiday. In exactly 23 days, I will be in sunny Marbella with a suitcase full of bikini's - now, I have found it very hard and frustrating to find any bikini's that stand out and still look flattering! Luckily, I fell in love with the h&m and River Island collection this year, also the little cheeky Army print number from Primark. I do think bikini's are incredibly over priced, (hands up if you're with me on this!) so I really recommend trying them on before you buy.
Now we're going to a few bikini parties so I'm reaching for a one piece right now...I love this red one from River Island, it's incredibly flattering and isn't too "mumsy". As ironic as it sounds, my favourite bikini happens to be the cheapest one! And when I say cheap, I mean insanely cheap - for just £4 I bought the army print bikini from Primark. It fits lovely (although I did have to get all size 16's for the top and 8/10 for the bottoms) but I think it's very 90's inspired! What are your favourite bikini's for this year? If you had to pick one of my bikini's to wear what one would you take? Have a lovely afternoon girl, I hope you're all reaching for the Pimm's ;) ♥

shells ♥

Hello girls, today is going incredibly slow isn't it? I had yesterday off because I worked all weekend at the Anti-Ageing Health and Beauty show, I will be doing a separate post on the show next week, it was incredible because of all the speakers I met. Now for today's post I am finally doing an instagram post on my week in photos! I've finally got an iPhone 5 (it's amazing) so now you can see me take even more pictures of food and my dog... I had to meet a client in London this week so I had the chance to have Wasabi for lunch - it was delicious! I am completely addicted to sushi at the moment so please excuse all the food pictures ;) My plans for tonight involve seeing the best friend and having a catch up, we're going on holiday next month so I need to start bikini shopping! Are there any bikini shops that you are loving at the moment? Have a lovely weekend girls

a hole in the world ♥

L'Oreal Paris Sublime Bronze range - products available in Boots or Superdrug.
Hello girls, how is your week going? As promised I'm diving straight in with my L'Oreal review - as you all know I went to their incredible Sublime Tanning launch last week. As well as standing next to the giant picture of Cheryl (one day I'll meet her!) I also got to see the entire new range of products that L'Oreal are releasing this year. We were lucky enough to have goodie bags and inside included Self-Tanning Fresh Feel Gel, Nourishing Body Oil, Self-Tanning Express Wipes and Express Pro-Self-Tanning Dry Mist. Now I've always said I liked to use oils before applying my tan to create a more silky and smooth effect, but after talking to Charlotte Conneley I found out that using oil before you apply tan creates a barrier that makes the tan not sink into your skin properly. But L'Oreal have got a special tanning oil called Nourishing Body Oil that you can apply after to your tan. It creates that gorgeous shine that you see on all the razor adverts...I'm easily pleased with shiny legs. What I love about the L'Oreal tanning range is that it's not rocket science, you don't have to apply it in a certain way to get no streaks, the tan formula blends well enough so you don't have to worry about it!
Now, the Express Tan Self Body Mist  spray is my new baby, I have never used a mist before (apart from one I had done professionally) but I've been using the L'Oreal one for a few weeks and it's definitely quick and easy to use. I wouldn't recommend doing it in your bedroom if you have white curtain in the background..but jumping in the bathroom and spray 12cm away from your skin is a easy way to get a lovely bronze tan. I've been doing this before I step out the door (with clothes on don't worry...) and I love how fast it is! It develops evenly and turns into a gorgeous brown colour - not orange! I would use this for a day to day basis but switch to the FGJFJG for a night out. You can buy a range of L'Oreal products from Boots or Superdrug. Have your tried any of these tanning products before? I think if you are new to tanning, the mists are perfect for a more natural glow - L'Oreal definitely have a product to suit everyone's liking! Let me know what you think girls - oh and I hope you all appreciate the Cheryl picture ;) ♥

why we fight ♥

1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.
It's been a long time since I've featured my precious Cheryl pet on here, if you don't read my ramblings regularly then you won't know that I have an unhealthy obsession with Kim K, Cheryl Cole and Victoria Secret you can imagine I was over the moon when I saw Cheryl walking through the airport wearing this ensemble! It is incredibly simple but the bold blue shoes really add a fresh mix to the white and grey clothing. Obviously the weather is hit and miss at the moment but on the rare occasion we see a bit of sunshine, I will be reaching for these items! If I had to pick one thing from this outfit, it would have to be the electric blue heels, River Island have a similar pair and I personally prefer them in this sling back style.
Of course I am featuring Cheryl's favourite tanning product ;) I will be doing a review on the L'Oreal tanning spray by the end of the week so you can see how I've been getting on with it - I can officially say I am converted to spray tans rather than gels! For Cheryl's hair - a blow drying brush is the ultimate tool for this look, I'm pretty impatient with using blow dry brushes but the Doll Hair Care brush dries hair 70% faster than other brands - not too shabby when you're in a rush! So, what do you think of this look? Are you a Cheryl lover like me or do you prefer a more edgier style? Thank you to everyone who has recently followed my blog, it really means a lot! :) I hope you have a lovely evening girls ♥

you're welcome ♥

To say I've had a busy weekend is an understatement, on Saturday and Sunday I was lucky enough to attend The Anti-Ageing Health and Beauty Show. It was incredible to see all the different speakers and exhibitors there - if you follow me on Twitter you'll know how amazed I was that Vita Coco was there. I'm such a coconut water lover! I was able to meet writers from the Financial Times, The Telegraph and amazing Alice Hart-Davis - I learnt so much from her presentation on stage about looking after your skin and how you can prevent pigmentation, wrinkles etc. I really feel like I know what I need in terms of products now when it comes to looking after my skin so this will inevitably make the products I feature on here more reliable and accurate! One of the brands I also saw at the show was called Natural Eve - you've probably heard of them before, they are a gorgeous, award winning skin brand that have a range of different products.

One of the products I picked up was the Rejuvenating Balm with rose geranium and pomegranate extract. Now, I'll be honest...I first thought it was a lip balm when I opened the packaging but after reading all the product details, I learnt that it was a serum for your skin! You simply squirt some in your hands and rub into your face, and voila - instant silky smooth skin. I love the packaging of this product, it's sleek and dainty and fits perfectly in your make-up bag. I've been using this as a primer for my foundation and I find that using oils or serums is a cheeky way of creating dewy skin! Overall, I definitely recommend investing in this product - it in perfect for having healthy skin! Have you used Natural Eve products before? Let me know what you think about serums, I'm a huge fan of them. I've got quite a few product reviews lined up for this week so I'll let you know what else I'm loving at the moment. Have a lovely afternoon girls

damage ♥

Not long ago, I was contacted by the lovely Warehouse team - they asked me if I wanted to take part in a photo shoot for their "Postcard from Shoreditch" campaign, where you are allowed to basically put an outfit together from this seasons clothing. I chose this outfit because I really wanted something different from my usual leather trousers ensemble! I think the denim jacket is perfect for summer, everyone should have one in their wardrobes whether you want to pair it with dresses, shorts or a floaty skirt! I had so much fun at the shoot and the Warehouse girls did an amazing job, they knew exactly how they wanted to style the pictures. The photos can all be found on the Warehouse Facebook, you can also see other bloggers that have taken part! I think the dress is absoletely gorgeous, it would be perfect as a dress to wear to a wedding party or to prom so it was a nice challenge for myself to dress it down with the bag and jacket. I would love to see what warehouse outfit you would put together! Let me know what you would pick and post the links below. Hope you have a lovely afternoon girls ♥

soul purpose ♥

1. Zara 2. Topshop 3. h&m 4. Mango
Hello girls how is your evening going? I'm currently sat in my chair watching the Peter Kay tour on channel 4 - it's strange that I don't have work tomorrow so I'm typing this while watching Peter Kay and also internet shopping. I've put together my latest wish list for this month, as you can see I'm pretty into skirts at the moment! Topshop and Zara have a gorgeous range this season so I'm saving up for a few bits and pieces ;) What do you think of the mini skirt style or do you prefer the skater skirt style? One of my favourite pieces has to be from the h&m collection - the red dress with flowers is gorgeous and pairing this dress with black heels would make an amazing evening outfit. The Mango crop top is very chic and would make a great statement piece for your wardrobe - I definitely think you could find 1000 ways to wear this top! What do you think of these items, let me know what your favourite one is! My plan for today is to schedule a few more blog posts, go jogging - (yes I'm jogging!) and to buy a new passport :( I lost it last week so I need to find it before I go on holiday. Hope you have a lovely bank holiday girls ♥
