There are many high end lipsticks in this world that I think you should put on your lips before you die, Dior is definitely one of them. The Christian Dior Addict lipstick* range has been around for quite a few years now, this particular shade Wild 646 was released in the fall of 2012. I would describe this shade as a hazelnut colour, so for me personally, this makes a gorgeous everyday lipstick. First of all, the packaging is incredible - hello, when do you see lipsticks looking like this?! I think it is very unique and fresh - it looks very pretty in your make-up bag. Now, the actual texture of the lipstick is very moisturising but it still provides intense pigmentation. I really don't have bad word to say about these lipsticks - I definitely prefer the Dior Addict lipsticks compared to the YSL Rouge Volupté - although the YSL lipsticks are moisturising, the pigmentation is not as intense as the Dior range. Have you tried these lipsticks before? The Dior Addict lipsticks are slightly on the pricey side for £24 but I really recommend them. 9.5/10 ♥

One of my favourite presents I got this Christmas - my all time favourite perfume...Thierry Mugler's Alien. This is the only perfume that I will forever keep buying myself. It has a lovely dark, woody scent and although some people would use this for the night, I use this 24/7! There are three main scents in Alien, including amber, wood and jasmine. It can be slightly on the pricey side (30ml is around £44) but most perfumes are becoming quite pricey lately, so I definitely think it's worth it. Alien was first released in 2005 so it has been a popular Thierry Mugler favourite for some time now. The packaging is amazing, it really does match the name of the perfume - it is a very unique theme but I think it works really well. Have you tried any Thierry Mugler perfumes before? I can't praise this perfume enough, I really recommended it. Let me know what you think of Alien! :) 10/10 I'll be featuring more Christmas presents this week, let me what your favourite Christmas presents were :) Have a lovely evening girls ♥

I would be lying if I said this year had been easy, in truth it has been quite a difficult year for me but I'm all about the positives so I thought I would share with you my highlights of 2013. Where do I start? Writing for Look magazine and reviewing bronzers, attending L'Oreal Paris events, meeting lovely journalists and PR's, spending more time with my dad, getting promoted at work, attending the Tom Ford launch at Harvey Nichols, having my first girls holiday in Marbella, working with Warehouse on their photo shoot, meeting John Frieda and Nicky Clarke, going to Winter Wonderland... I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to do all these things. I'm so excited to see what I'll be saying this time next year! I've put down my targets from last year and the new targets for this year, I think I did pretty well, ish. Hopefully I'll have them all ticked off by next year! What are your goals for next year? I am determined to go travelling, I have seen so many gorgeous photos of cities lately, so Italy is the one place I want to visit. Have you been to Italy before? Have a lovely evening girls, I'm back to party food and James Franco movies ;) ♥

I am a huge lover of red lips, I think it adds instant glamour whether you have a date, meal or night out with the girls. I have yet to find a lip gloss that actually has the same amount of pigmentation as a red lipstick though – especially one with a bright, rose tone. Earlier this month I attended the QVC SS14 event and I saw the new Spring collection for the Doll10 Luxe Lip Gloss* – I have been very fond of this brand for a while now, but I have yet to try their lip glosses. The colours are gorgeous but from past experience, sometimes the colours look great until you actually use them. As you can see from the swatch, it really is a lovely bright shade – it can be slightly sticky on your lips so I wouldn’t recommend this for subtle lip tint girls.
If you are a hardcore make-up lover, who doesn’t mind slight stickiness, then I definitely recommend this as the only red lip gloss. I am so happy that I have found this, the shade is gorgeous and it looks incredibly chic. It’s definitely a change to try a red gloss, I am usually a simple lipstick girl so it’s nice to try something new! The gloss lasts a good few hours without having to reapply so it's perfect if you are having a night out with the girls this weekend! What do you think of the Doll10 Forbidden lip gloss – have you tried any of their lip glosses before? I also have a nude pink shade which I will be reviewing this week, they are very different shades. Let me know what your favourite red lip glosses are, I am dying to try the Rimmel Apocalips reds! Have a lovely afternoon girls 9/10 ♥

I have finally got around to my Christmas wish list, I am cutting it slightly late but I find it so hard to find something I like! Yes, of course there are the usual suspects – a Prada bag, a Michael Kors watch…but realistically putting together a Christmas list can be slightly hard for me. I am in desperate need of a nice bag, I love the Zara office bag, which really reminds me of the infamous Prada one. River Island and Zara are my usual pit stops for bag hunting, I am a huge lover of big bags! Next on my list is Alien by Thierry Mugler – this is my favourite perfume of all time. I have yet to find a perfume that I like better than Alien, it smells amazing! I recently tried the Jimmy Choo perfume which is coming up as my close second favourite. For my DVDs, Sopranos, Mulan and Alice in Wonderland are on my hit list (a very strange combo I know…).
I’m also adding the Yankee Candle to my list, I have recently started an unhealthy addiction with candles, I am obsessed with writing, lighting candles and having the iPod on. For clothes, I usually tend to buy them myself because I’m usually so picky. But Zara is my number one spot this year, the lingerie lace dress is gorgeous, I have seen so many people buy this! I think every girl needs a pretty, little black dress in her wardrobe. The one thing I have been looking for since the summer time is a white leather jacket, I am obsessed with leather but unfortunately I can never find a white leather jacket! The ones I tend to find usually are too cream based. And of course I am going to add the Naked palette to my wish list, I think every beauty blogger is in love with this! What is on your Christmas list for this year? Have a lovely Christmas girls, I hope you all get Prada bags ;) ♥

A few weeks ago I featured the fabulous Max Factor Crème Puff pressed powder - if you haven't read my review then you won't know how much of an impact it has made to my skin routine. I find it so hard to find a powder that can keep my make-up in place and to control my shine, but since I've been using the Crème Puff, my skin has really changed. The previous powder I was using, the Rimmel Match Perfection powder, did nothing for my skin type so I am so happy that Max Factor is around ;) I really recommend trying it, especially if you have trouble with oily skin like me. So I just wanted to say a big Happy Birthday to the Max Factor Crème Puff! 60 years later, this powder is still an essential for every girls make-up bag. I just wanted to share with you a new video from Max Factor, just explaining the history of the powder. (I do not own the video - it all belongs to Max Factor). Enjoy! ♥
Earlier this month, I was invited to the new QVC event for their SS14 launches – I was surrounded by countless different brands, including Nails Inc, Laura Geller and Elemis. It’s a lovely change to see new season spring shades instead of the usual Christmas berry tones. Nails Inc are one of my favourite nail brands, their nude shades have always been a favourite and I am always buying 1,000 copies of Glamour magazine whenever they are there! George Street* (RRP £11) is one of the new Nails Inc shades that will be released soon. It is a gorgeous nude pink - my first thoughts were how perfect this would be for a French manicure! This is such a lovely pastel shade, I love how it is slightly in the grey colour tone area, a greyish pink.
Also, I am not usually a baby pink fan so this pink shade is lovely for non-pink fans. With all Nails Inc shades, it applies perfectly and evenly. I’m really excited to see the other spring shades next year! I usually prefer matte shades, so although this pink shade has a gloss finish to it, it really does look even and smooth. Other new shades are much more bolder, which include fuchsia pinks and orange tones. It's making me excited for the spring time already! Do you usually follow nails trends, or do you wear bright shades in the winter time like me? Have you got any Spring, pink shades that you always use? I’m giving this nail shade 10/10 – such a pretty colour! I♥

What can I say about Vanessa Hudgens? As well as being an amazing actress (minus her performance in Beastly - not too impressed, sorry Vanessa!), she is also one of my favourite make-up inspirations, she has slightly darker features than mine, but I absolutely love her choice of berry lip colours and full brows. She always looks incredibly polished and I think she has nailed this seasons berry lips down to a T. I just wanted to put together my version of what Vanessa used for the amfAR event. I'm also really impressed with her hair, it's incredibly glossy and sleek but she lets the focus stay on her make-up. Let's get started - I will be doing a separate review for this product, but I am obsessed with the Spackle Supercharged fortified Under make-up primer by Laura Geller. I generally moisturise before I apply my foundation but I've now started moisturising then using this primer. It really makes a dramatic difference to how your skin looks and actually feels. Foundation and concealer sits really well compared to when I don't use anything to prep my skin.
Vanessa hasn't been overly contoured so I would stick to a matte bronzer, I've been using Rimmel's Natural bronzer for years now! A few weeks ago I received my Latest in Beauty box and included was the HD Brow kit, this kit really does make a dramatic difference to your brows. They look well defined and perfectly arched. Looking at Vanessa's brows, you can see that highlighter has been subtly placed on the brow bone. This really does make a dramatic difference to your brows! Personally, I think Vanessa has used eyelash extensions - the lash length is not too over the top but they do look lovely and thick! I think the Super Full 080 by Eylure will do the trick ;) For the lips, I think the Rimmel London Apocalips Lip Lacquers are amazing, the shade Aurora seems to match Vanessa's lips pretty closely. She's not wearing a vivid red, more of a faded cherry, pink shade.
I also wanted to do a quick review on Adriana's make-up. I saw this picture earlier on in the week and instantly fell in love with this look! Adriana is my all time girl crush, she really is out of this world. Adriana's look is slightly similar to Vanessa's (especially the hair!) but I think Adriana's is slightly more suited for fairer skin tones. I was rummaging through my draws and I found my Maybelline Superstay 10hr Stain Gloss in Endless Ruby. I think this red is a pretty close red to Adriana's! For her eyes, you can see that she has a applied a white eyeshadow in her inner corner, I am loving Max Factor's Precision eyeshadow! Finally, for the hair - think shine and smoothness. Hair serum and shine spray are a must! Adrianna's skin is also very flawless and I recently found a powder that helps my skin stay incredibly smooth and even - the Max Factor Creme Puff. I really recommend it if you have oily skin! What do you think of these looks? Do you prefer Vanessa’s perfectly groomed brows and rich lips or Adriana's light and festive red tinted lips? Have a lovely afternoon girls ♥

Okay so I took a few photos earlier, but for some reason they came out horrible... I picked a few Christmas shades that I'm loving at the moment but I found this Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Perle in #114* in my draw. I reviewed this last year but I wanted to include it as my "favourite day lipstick" - I don't think I feature enough of my all time favourite products, so I wanted to start with the lipsticks. I'll be doing the xmas shades later on in the week. Now, if you haven't treated yourself to a YSL lipstick before, (I say treat because for me, £24.50 is slightly on the pricey side) I really think they are worth it. Lets start with the packaging, I can honestly say I have not seen a lipstick that looks as nice as YSL. They have perfected their packaging down to a T. The actual formula of the lipstick is quite unique, I tried this shade on my sister (she is pretty much a lipstick virgin) and she noticed the difference in texture straight away, compared to the regular Rimmel or MAC lipsticks she wears.
It is incredibly lightweight on your lips and it almost feels like a gloss! Besides from the lightweight texture, the pigmentation is amazing. From the swatches above, I literally did one coat! Because of the formula of this lipstick it is perfect if you're rushing out the house, it is quick and easy to apply and for a natural look, you can gently dab a small amount onto your lips as a tint. I personally prefer matte finish lipsticks that feel quite thick on my lips so I wasn't too impressed about the formula of the Rouge Volupte range, but it has slowly grown on me. I wear this pretty much as a day lipstick, it is cute, pretty and very girl next door. I really recomedn this if you want a everyday lipstick and something very natural. What are your favourite day lipsticks? Have you tried any of the YSL Rouge Volupte Pearl lipsticks? 8.5/10 ♥

I haven't done a "My week in photos" for a while so I thought it would be a nice change :) I've been super busy lately, I have caught up with old uni friends and eaten fortune cookies, used a love tester machines (hot stuff ;)..) and I've also had giant sized cocktails. I recently attended the amazing SS14 QVC launch - the amount of new season beauty products was amazing! I will be reviewing the new products hopefully this week. I recently went to Nopi for breakfast, it was amazing - the bathroom looked like the Justin Timberlake Mirrors video! What have you been up to? Any new products you are loving at the moment? I'm currently eating sushi and flicking through the new Marie Claire, wow the Amazing Hair feature this issues is well..pretty amazing! Have a lovely afternoon girls, I will be posting more reviews this week. Also, I thought you would appreciate the Elf Yourself screen grab - not long now until Christmas! ♥

There is one thing I think we can be slightly guilty of, we all want a pearly, Hollywood smile. Over the past few years, I have been searching for the perfect product that will make my teeth sparkle. I have tried countless teeth whitening products but I think I can sometimes forget how important our toothbrushes are! The quality of your toothbrush makes such a big difference when you brush your teeth. Remember how I said I was going to put together new posts about Christmas gift ideas? The Oral-B Limited Edition Pink PC 600* is on the top of my gift list - pretty in pink, this electric toothbrush is the ultimate toothbrush for keeping your teeth clean and sparkling. The kit comes with the electric toothbrush and a travel kit - it's perfect for keeping in your bag if you're set for travelling over the Christmas holidays :) The difference I have noticed in my teeth is unbelievable, I definitely recommend this! What are your Hollywood smile secrets? Let me know if you have tried the Oral-B PC 600 before! :) I will be putting together more Christmas gift ideas this week so keep your eyes peeled ;) You can find a range of Oral-B brushes right here! Have a lovely afternoon girls ♥

Okay so I've been meaning to put this post up for ages, but I haven't had the time to take photos of the bag and actual rollers! So tah dah, lets all take a moment to realise how humorous I look in rollers, oh dear! I have heard such amazing things about Sleep In Rollers - they are pretty much everywhere. Celebrities love them, bloggers love them and journalists love them. So what are they? For those who don't know exactly what Sleep In Rollers are, they are Velcro foam rollers that are designed to create curls or volume for your hair - the best part is, you can actually sleep with them in. You can buy yours here, I bought the original sized rollers just because my hair is fairly long. I do want to say that you benefit more from using rollers if you have short layers to play around with, it helps create extra texture and dimension. I am so happy with these rollers, I used quite a few hair pins though to secure them, you can use a hair net for extra security when you sleep but I didn't need to.
They are quite comfy to sleep in, but I find it super easy to get to sleep anyway. I washed my hair and put a Revlon Professional conditioner spray in and then put the rollers in by sectioning my hair. I used about 13, 14 rollers for my hair. You get 20 rollers in a bag so there is more than enough. Once your hair is wet, brush with a comb and start separating medium sized chunks. As you can see, I wasn't too neat with my rollers, I didn't want the curls to be too perfect. I love the after look, the volume is incredible! I took that photo right after taking out the rollers, I didn't even use hairspray! When I went to work, it lasted pretty much all day, the curls dropped out slightly but the volume was there. I can't believe how easy it was using the Sleep In Rollers! Have you used these rollers before? What tricks do you have to do a quick hairstyle when you have work in the morning? I'm definitely giving the rollers 10/10 - they are probably the best hair product I have used all year! Have a lovely afternoon girls, let me know if you have used them before! ♥

As I said in my elf post, I wanted to talk about the new brushes I had recently seen on ebay. You can tell straight away that they are inspired by the Real Technique brushes - the brush style, shape and even colour. Don't get me wrong, I am in love with the Real Technique brushes that I have, it's just they are slightly on the pricey side and the brushes from ebay are only £12.99 (plus posting and packaging). When they arrived, they didn't say the name and purpose of each brush so I'm pretty much saying what I would use them for. These brushes can be used for blusher, bronzer, powder, foundation, concealer and even highlighter - I did buy these brushes purely because I need a different brush for powder and my bronzer.
My sister prefers using one brush for everything but I definitely need to have certain brushes for my products! The feel of the brushes are incredibly light and feathery, they are not as thick as the Real Technique brushes so you do need to blend and use the brushes a bit longer than the Real Technique ones. I really love these brushes, I think they are perfect if you don't want to spend a fortune and they definitely get the job done. Let me know if you have found any Real Technique dupes out there! I give them 7/10 Have a lovely afternoon girls ♥

Okay so I'm trying to keep my make-up buys very trend based, and obviously with the winter here and Christmas round the corner, I'm thinking dark purples, cherry red, glittery eye shadows. But no..I found myself in Pound land (again) and saw these L'Oreal Color Riche shades hanging from the shelf. I'm really particular with my nails at the moment, I am currently wearing a matte black from OPI but I do still want to show you what amazing things you can find in Pound land. £1 for a L'Oreal nail polish is amazing - I absolutely love these shades. They are fun, peppy and incredibly fresh. It slightly makes me miss the summer time! The pink shade (210 Shocking Pink) is definitely a Barbie colour and the red (401 Rouge Pin Up) is a very cheery red colour, it's incredibly bright without bordering into the pink territory. What do you think? I will be doing another post on what I find in Pound Land so keep your eyes peeled ;) ♥

So it's pretty hard not to hear about elf products, I have seen amazing reviews about this brand so I thought I would treat myself and buy a few things ;) If you follow me on Twitter, you'll know I have been moaning about not finding a high street Christmassy lipstick, I want a lovely rich purple/cherry tone to wear with smokey eyes. When I went onto elf online, I saw Essentials Lipstick in Gypsy and was really impressed! The best part is, it was only £1.50 - not bad right?! I also saw the shade Charming, I can't seem to buy lipsticks without finding a brown, beige as well. They are incredibly pigmented and they have a lovely creamy finish to them - I think they are even more creamy than the Rimmel moisture renew range. I also saw the Rich Red Matte Lip Color pencil - the shade looks lovely and I think I only have 2 or 3 red lip products in my room! (Shock face). I think this is really good for exact definition, it can be quite tricky using bold lipsticks so I really recommend this if you have trouble putting intense lip shades on!
My favourite product has to be the Studio Complete Cover Concealer - how amazing do these shades look? I picked medium for my skin tone and I really am impressed by the packaging and actual feel of the concealers, they are really lightweight to use and a very good match for my skin. The All Over Cover Stick was only £1.50 and I've seen quite a few Kim Kardashian contouring videos using products like this, I think as an overall cover stick, it will be really good as a highlighter. For the Studio Blusher, I usually wear bronze tones, but the shade I picked, Blushing Rose, has a hint of cherry in it. It blends in really well (I'll be putting together my new brush range this week) so I really feel like my Winter/Christmas make-up is coming together nicely ;) Have you tried elf products before? They are really well priced and the pigmentation on the lipsticks are amazing, I wish they had a few more nude shades though! Let me know what Christmas make-up you are buying for this year! Have a lovely afternoon girls ♥

I always find that my skin is a sensitive subject for me, no matter how hard I have tried in the past, my skin still becomes incredibly oily. It really isn’t a pretty sight, so you can imagine that I always have to rush off to the bathroom to top up my powder. It’s strange but I have found that quite a few Rimmel powders actually make my skin even more oily! When Max Factor sent me their iconic Creme Puff* powder to try, I was really excited to see if it could control my skin. Created in 1953, the Max Factor Creme Puff has been a make-up artist favourite for 60 years. Their view on powders is that they should create a warm, creamy finish and not chalky. The packaging is slightly different because they are celebrating 60 years of the Creme Puff. It smells gorgeous and the feel of the powder is incredibly silky.
It has a lovely lightweight feel to it, which is a change from my usual powders! I applied the powder at 2 o’clock this afternoon and it is now 7 o’clock, my skin is oil free and has a lovely matte finish on it. I’m really surprised that I haven’t had to reapply it at all! I am so pleased with this powder, it is incredibly natural on the skin but still controls shine and uneven redness. I really recommend this powder for anyone who suffers from oily skin like me, you can find the Creme Puff powder in Boots or Superdrug from only £5.99. I give this product 11/10 – it really is an amazing product! Have you tried the Creme Puff powder before? Let me know if you have any top products that help prevent your skin from getting oily, have a lovely evening girls! ♥

I have said it many times, I am awful when it comes to skin care. I prefer products that are easy to use and you can see the results fairly quickly. When the Olay Beauty Fluid* (£4.99) arrived, I was incredibly excited - and that was just looking at the lovely packaging! I have a lot to say about this product, so I'll start with how it looks, the limited edition packaging makes this a perfect Christmas gift! I love the pretty design of the bottle. As a moisturiser, they can be quite awkward sizes, but the Beauty Fluid (200ml) is perfect for keeping in your bag. I think this is the ideal stocking filler for Christmas, I know it is quite far ahead, but it drives me crazy when I'm clueless with what to buy! Now, although this is primarly a face and neck moisturiser (or a nourishing day fluid as it says on the bottle) I have been using this for my hands, cuticles, make-up and legs. What I love most about the Olay Beauty Fluid is the fact that the product is sensitive enough to use on all different parts of your body, including your face. You would be surprised how some moisturisers can be harsh on your own face!
My skin can be quite sensitive and moisturisers seem to make my skin even more oily, but I have really seen a difference with my skin! It's incredibly silky and soft and my foundation sits so much better, and my face make up really looks really smooth. This Beauty Fluid really does make a good primer! You can buy this for £4.99 at Boots. What do you think? I really recomended this for a main moisturiser, the packaging is lovely, the product is perfect for senstive skin and it doesn't cost a £10,000. What more could you ask for? I will be putting together more Christmas gift ideas, so I'm starting today with this one! ;) I give this moisturiser 10/10 - I am so happy with it and I have fallen in love with the packaging! Have a lovely afternoon girls, let me know what Olay products you are wanting for Christmas ;) ♥

I'll put my hands up and admit that I have never tried any of the beauty boxes that are out there. I've always been slightly sceptical about what you get in them but when I was casually reading this months Glamour magazine, I saw the amazing offer that they had! Latest In Beauty are giving you the chance to buy the Glamour edition of their box. For £14.99 (not including P+P), you can buy a variety of hand picked products from the Glamour beauty team. I will individually review these products but I just wanted to show you how amazing this box is! First of all, I'm a huge fan of pretty boxes to keep in my room - who isn't?! This one definitely ticks the box..no pun intended. Are you as box obsessed as I am? I really thought the tissue paper was a nice touch too. The product total is worth £65 so you really do save a lot!
The first item that caught my eye was definitely the HD Brow palette, I must admit even though I have heard nothing but HD Brow rave reviews, I have yet to try it. Inside the box includes: HD Brow kit, The Eyeko Lash Curlers, Toni & Guy Shine Spray, Maybelline Baby Lips, Phillip Kingsley Dry Shampoo, Benefit They're Real mascara (30g size) and the Balance Me Radiance Face Oil. I think this set pretty much covers everything you need when you're rushing out the door! I love that they are smaller sized products so that makes it more handbag friendly. I am loving the Phillip Kingsley dry shampoo, it's the perfect pick me up for my bad hair days. Have you tried the Latest In Beauty box yet? Let me know what your ideal beauty box would include! Have a lovely evening girls, I give this box a lovely 9/10 ♥

For some reason, I have always struggled to find outfits for going out to meals, yes this does sounds odd but I've always wanted to dress in-between casual day outfits and what I would wear for a night out. Although it is winter - (and pretty freezing in general) I really like the sandal heels paired with pencil skirts. I have been obsessed with these shoes since the 90's and I really think they add a touch of glamour to any outfit. My inspiration for these main outfits (skirt a and b) come from none other than Kim. I have said it in the past that I haven't been too keen on her outfit choices but I really like the pencil skirts that she has been wearing. Obviously Kim is wearing this outfit in warmer weather, but I would definitely tweak this outfit to wear in the UK! What do you think of the sandal heels paired with pencil skirts? I've been dying to find a pair of gold ankle cuffs to put over my heels, so please post the link below if you know anywhere that sells them :)
I think another celeb that wears the sandal heels and pencil skirt trend very well is Lucy Meck - she is look lovely at the moment! I recently bought a few "fluffy" crop jumpers from Primark for £10 but you can also buy these from New Look, I'll have to do an outfit post so you can see them. I also wanted to mention the hair, I have recently started using the L'Oreal #TXT Volume Supersizing spray, you've probably seen the hot model on the TV, I have always said I find back combing really bad for hair, so using L'Oreals latest invention, big hair is as easy as pie. Have you tried the L'Oreal Texturing spray before? Also, the watches can be found here and the Zara clutch bags are available now. I also featured the Urban Decay lip gloss which looks like heaven! So there we have it - this is what I will be wearing when I have a posh dinner up London, which will probably be Sushi Samba or the Mayfair Bar! Let me know how you dress for dinner dates :) Have a lovely afternoon girls! ♥

Ever since I can remember, I have been obsessed with Sex and the City - what's not to love? Gorgeous outfits, a lot of cocktails and Miranda's witty sarcasm. So you can imagine how excited I was when Onecklace* contacted me, I have personally been a fan of subtle necklaces, although I do have my fair share of chunky statement ones, I picked their name necklaces. I think that a classical gold chain necklace can never go wrong so as you can imagine, I haven't stopped wearing it! The necklace is 24K Gold plated, and it is a 14 inch chain, I like my necklaces to be fairly high on my chest. What do you think, are you a Carrie necklace fan?! You can order your necklace here and there is also a 10% off code available, simply type in Gift at the checkout. You can also get this necklace is silver, and there are other gorgeous necklaces that you can choose from - this is another favourite of mine! ♥

I've been wanting to do a Kim Kardashian hair tutorial for a long, long time but I wanted to make a more natural everyday version. I know she hasn't had her hair like this for a while but her brunette hair will be glued in my mind forever! When the Xtra's Hair Extensions* popped through my letter box I was so excited to see high quality extensions and these will be your number one tool for creating this Kim inspired look. Now I know this isn't exactly like Kim's but I've been inspired by the natural style curls and how the top part of the hair is quite straight. What I love most about these extensions is the fact they already have clips attached to them! The hair extensions I've had in the past are usually a nightmare when its come to attaching the clips. The Crazy For Hair extensions really are simple to use so for this look I wanted to show you how I personally use hair extensions.
There might be a easier way to do this but I've always curled my extensions this way...yes it involves my cupboard. I either get my sister to hold the top of the extensions or put the top section in a drawer to hold them, then I grab my large GHD's and slowly and gently I curl large sections. Use a good serum for smoothing your hair and clip in your extensions. Finally set with hair spray and voila! Kim(ish) inspired hair! I give these extensions 10/10 simply because the quality is amazing and they are super easy to use! What do you think of this natural, version of wavy hair? Let me know how you curl your extensions because I think my way is slightly odd... Have a lovely evening girls! ♥

With Christmas slowly approaching (yes, I'm very keen) you will start to notice the Autumn shades slowly start to get deeper and darker, my nude lips just aren't cutting it at the moment, especially when I'm getting ready for a night out! So when this parcel arrived at my door, I was more than intrigued to accept their latest challenge! Basically, you have to create a glam and smokey eye look and pair it with the new Vaseline limited edition Paint The Town Red tin then put an outfit together! Now, I'll be honest, at first I was quite sceptical about using a Vaseline product for a main night out look - from shaping my brows yes, for a highlighter yes, but for statement lips?
At first glance, the shade is incredibly rich, glossy and rosey. I applied the Vaseline using a lip brush, just to get a defined lip shape. The colour is gorgeous and it really does make a lovely evening look. I'm slightly shy about using red tones so this is perfect for someone who wants a tint of red but a lot of rich, gloss! For the challenge we had to create a look using red and I love, love, love this blazer (Primark) paired with a River Island clutch. I had so much fun putting this post together, plus lip sweets are always fun to pose with ;) How would you put together this look? You can find the Vaseline tub here for a sweet £3.49 ♥

With Breast Cancer Awareness coming to an end, I wanted to share with you a really inspiring poster from GHD. The amount of money they have raised is incredible! It really makes you realise how much of a difference you can make by supporting this charity, plus pink straighteners are always pretty on the eyes ;) It is the 10th year that GHD are supporting this cause and with every straightener you buy, £10 goes to charity. You can learn more about GHD here - the new ghd V Pink Diamond Styler for 2013 really does look beautiful, the plates are supposed to be even smoother on the hair so I definitely think it's worth treating yourself! I thought it would be really nice to share this poster and see the history of the brand! ♥

It's no secret that I love Cheryl Cole, I mean what's not to love? Perfect hair, amazing wardrobe..don't even get me started on her make-up...okay, lets get started already. L'Oreal Paris have released a brand new range called the Privee collection*. This shade is perfect for every occasion - although I'm more of a fan of matte textured lipsticks, I don't mind that the Privee range is slightly moisturising. I usually find that the more moisturising a lipstick is, the less intense the pigmentation is on my lips but I found that this shade gave a lovely amount of colour and gloss at the same time. The Privee collection comes in a range of different nude shades (6 in total) that suit any type of skin tone, as you all know I am the number 1 fan of nude lipsticks, I am very rarely seen without a nude or brown shade in my make up bag!
I think the packaging of this lipstick is perfect, it looks classy and elegant and I love how they have printed Cheryl's signature on the front of the lid. I really don't have a bad thing to say about this lipstick except that Cheryl should give me the rest of her make-up bag ;) I really think it's a lovely idea that L'Oreal Paris have released a nude collection, every girl should have a nude in their bag and if you're shy about using bold lip colours, then you can't go wrong with a nude lipstick. I give this particular shade 9/10. What do you think of this shade? Have you tried the Privee collection before? Another shade that looks really appealing is the peach shade by Eva Longoria ♥

One of the perks of being a crazed magazine lover is seeing what the beauty team puts together every week/month, if it was up to me, I'd purely read a magazine front to back with beauty features... Another perk which I find very pleasing is the freebies that often come with the magazines! Today, I picked up the November issue of Glamour magazine, now I am obsessed with the "Hey it's okay" features, the "Hey it's okay..if the last time you drank orange juice was with champagne" did make me nod my head in agreement! The Skinny Mini Liquid Eyeliner from Eyeko was attached on the front and I have been a big fan of Eyeko's mascaras for a good few years now! The pencil is quite small so it's perfect for popping in a clutch or purse for emergency touch ups.
I would say that Cat eyes will be making a big impact for Christmas party's so this couldn't come at a better time! ;) The texture of the liner is quite different from the usual liquid liners that I've tried, it looks more like a felt tip pen but it is very liquid based not dry like I expected it to be. It did slightly leak in the lid but only a tiny amount. Other than that, I think it's a fabulous liner! You can really see on my swatches that the black is really intense and solid! Have you tried Eyeko products before? I definitely recommend popping down to the shops and getting Glamour magazine! I'm going to give the liner a 7.5/10 simply because it slightly leaked in the lid but based on the overall application and pigmenation of colour, I would say 9/10 ♥

|1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9.|
It really feels like Autumn this week, I am freezing - I even brought out tights. I never wear tights.. Although I do love the summer, I am quite excited for the cold weather to really set in. Hot chocolates and fluffy slippers is always a plus ;) I've put together a short and sweet post today about my winter essentials, I will be buying this Topshop hat! I think burgundy is going to make a huge comeback for this season, I will be running to get my nails done tonight and this colour is top of my list! For some reason, I always see Autumn fashion a mixture between grunge and the 1920's, so very razzle dazzle. For some annoying reason, I forgot to add the correct link for those boots, I believe they are from Topshop. What do you think of my Autumn picks? I had to include the new fragrance Killer Queen from Katy Perry. She is on fire at the moment! What do you love most about Autumn/Winter time? ♥
