The Truth About Beauty Sleep

You’ve probably heard the expression “beauty sleep” thousands of times. But is it really true? Can sleep make you more beautiful? How you care for your body is directly reflected in the condition of your skin.1 If you’ve been partying too hard, or you’re tired and stressed, your skin will show it.
