My New Years Eve Dress ♥

Hello girls, I hope you are all having a good week :) I am finally feeling relaxed and less stressed because I found my dress for New Years Eve! I ran into Miss Selfridge today and found this gorgeous little dress, it was originally £49.99 but with the sale and my student card I got it for an amazing £21! The top part does up around the neck - it really reminds me of the dresses worn in the 60's. Twiggy will be so proud ;) I can't get over how lovely the colour is as well, I'll definitely be able to wear this again and not just for New Years. I wish I had the money to buy dresses that I would only wear once :( It's a pain having to budget... Anyway, I'm going to have my hair in an up do, using the infamous doughnut hair accessory. I bought one from Primark today for £1.00 and I'll think it will add a touch of glamour to the outfit. I'll also be having gold smokey eyes for the night - I'll make sure to take photos! Seeing as I didn't want to spend more than £30 on my NYE dress, I had to pass on many gorgeous items from Topshop. I definitely recommend having a last minute look there for some seriously sequin covered outfits. Ahhh to be a poor student..

After shopping, I came back home and caught up on The Only Way Is Essex. Yes, it definitely is my guilty pleasure... I'm also getting into the habit of listening to Drake! I think his songs are amazing and he has a gorgeous voice, Marvin's Room is definitely my favourite from his album. I'm finding it quite hard to type this because my 8 stone Ridgeback is trying to fall asleep on me... I hope you liked this post, its been a while since I stepped away from my camera.
