Style Crush Files: #1 Mollie King ♥

This is the first post I'm doing of a new thing called "Style Crush Files". Basically I get into stalking mode and try and piece a similar outfit together. I think it's more helpful for you guys to look at, instead of my usual outfit posts. I'm trying to include just high street clothes.

Much more helpful don't you think? Anyway, I absolutely love Mollie from The Saturdays and her style is always amazing. I think she is great inspiration for day time looks.

I'm not sure who will be next for the Style Crush File!

Ramble, Ramble, Ramble ♥

Hello girls! I hope you are all well! I have been a very, very bad blogger this week. It feels like I haven't posted in forever! In my defence, I have been quite busy. First of all, it was my birthday on the 24th! I'm officially 20..I forgot it was my birthday until someone reminded me the day before. Terrible, I know.

My amazing mother bought me a Blackberry, which I am over the moon about but sadly I have to get another one because it won't connect to the Internet for some annoying reason :(
Um, what else have I been up to?...

I'm now back home in London and it's really nice seeing all my friends and family again. I think I've already told you all this though...bad memory.

I've been in quite a funny mood recently..I miss Southampton and I have a weird feeling that something bad is going to happen. Do you ever get like that? It's just a weird vibe I can't stop thinking about. Maybe I just need to sleep more..If that's even possible haha :)

Anyway, I'm starting to do research for my final major project for my 3rd year of uni already. I want to be all prepared for once. I actually envy people who are motivated and organised. I am the complete opposite. I get too distracted easily!

I'm just starting a new series of posts about my style crushes and I'm just doing one on Mollie King from The Saturdays. I love her!
Before I post that, I just wanted to show you a video that I cannot stop watching! I am actually speechless at how amazing this make up looks.

Take a look and tell me what you think!

Queen Of The Jungle ♥

Hello girls, I have been stalking this gorgeous dress for weeks now and since I cannot afford it, I can only stick to stalking. It's £300 from All Saints and at that price, I can only dream about this wild little number. Isn't it gorgeous? This is such a classy, yet sexy outfit that would hang off you beautifully. While also showing all the right curves, in all the right places.

As you can see, I've gone for quite a large gold, bronze theme for the accessories. I've tried to keep things pretty similar when it comes to the accessories pallet, because I would want the main focus to be on the dress. I think the gladiator platforms make it slightly more relevant to the tribal trend. If you wanted to tone the dress down a bit, I would wear it with neutral coloured stilettos to keep it plain.

Anyway, I hope you're all doing okay! I'm back home in London now and I think it's really weird being back home! I'm not used to my mum asking me 100 questions about where I'm going every 5 minutes... I think already I'm missing my student freedom.
I am loving getting cooked food though! ;)

I'm currently re-reading:
It's called a break up because it's broken

I don't know why, but I find it very comforting and it reminds me of when I was glued to this book when I went through my first break up. It's quite nice to look back at things and show how far you've come =]

I think this means I'm growing up!! :O

Well....almost.

He Got That Super Bass! ♥

All images are sourced from Polyvore.

This is just a quick little post inspired by Nicki Minaj's new video "Super Bass". I love her style! I think she is the only woman I know who can pull off green hair that kind of reminds me of seaweed...

Anyway, if you want an outfit the is inspired by Nicki Minaj, think bum, boobs and more even more bum. The tighter the outfit, the better.
What I love about Miss. Minaj, is that she doesn't try to be a size 0. She likes having crazy curves that most women are blessed with anyway. It's refreshing to not see a stick insect dancing around on my television for a change.

What hair colour do you prefer Nicki with?

You Be The Beast & I'll Be The Beauty, Beauty! ♥

Good afternoon girlies, I hope your having a nice start to the weekend! I've just come back from work and I treated myself to this £45 bag from USC. I got staff discount from it though (30% and I had £7.50 on a gift card) so in the end, it was only..£24!

I've been listening to "Wonderland" by Natalia Kills all week..It is amazing!

I’m not snow white,
but I’m lost inside this forest.
I’m not red riding hood,
but I think the wolves have got me.
Don’t want your stilettos!
I’m not, not Cinderella..
I don’t need a knight,
so baby take off all your armor!
You be the beast,
and I’ll be the beauty beauty.
Who needs true love,
as long as you love me truly?
I want it all,
but I want ya more!
Will you wake me up boy
if I bite your poison apple?

I might have a cheeky little afternoon nap and make a outfit look when I'm all refreshed and awake!

Finally freedom! ♥

After 8,000 words, an exhibition review, a presentation, 7 magazine article designs, my own contract magazine and everything else in between, I am finally finished with all my uni work!

Yep, that's right. I have finished my 2nd year of uni and have the whole summer to look forward too! I finally feel like I can sit down and relax without having to stay up until 7 in the morning writing about nurseries...Don't ask.
 Clutch bag: £6.00 Primark
 Beige stilettos: £12.00 Primark
 Baggy T-shirt: £8.00 Primark
 The bible
Leather shorts: £5.00 Primark - They were reduced!!
 My Mollie king dress:
£34 Miss Selfridge with student discount ;)

Isn't it pretty?!!?

Anyway, the main thing I'm excited about is that now I can finally pay attention to my blog and really get my fashion ramblings out there! I hope that any of you doing uni work now are doing good! Good luck with everything =]

Now it's time for some shopping! Here's a few things I bought yesterday. I warned everyone as soon as I got paid I would be adding things to my hit list..

Oh and I need your help! It's my birthday on the 24th and I have no idea what I want!...My mum keeps on pestering me, so has anyone got any suggestions?!

& They Lived Happily Ever..

As most of you all know, it was the wedding of Prince William and the beautiful Kate Middleton. They really do look like a fairytale don't they?...No pun intended with the blog name ;) Anyway, I just wanted to show these pictures because I can't get over how gorgeous Kate's Alexander McQueen dress is!
Why can't there be more handsome princes lying around?!
princess kate middleton wedding dress. Kate Middleton is somewhat of
Katy Perry also posted a picture of her cute nail art on Twitter a few days ago, showing her appreciation for the Royal wedding.

I can't go to sleep in the next few days because I have got a ton of uni work to do, that is in for Wednesday. Feel sorry for me. I have been trying to sneak in a few cheeky online shopping visits though.

I have just found a website called www.shopalike.co.uk

It is pretty impressive that it has 15,300 brands on just one webiste! The best thing is though it is really cheap and the layout of the website is fast and easy to use.

I love online shopping when I don't have to spend to much time hunting down for something. Shopalike does all the hard work for you!
Here's a few of my favourite items that I found on there.
